Domestic Shipping
Merchandise is shipped F.O.B. Santa Ana, CA unless otherwise stated. We offer local shipping via our own trucks on a limited basis and we establish a delivery charged based on distance and the size of your order. We assume no liabilities for orders shipped via common carrier. It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the merchandise immediately up delivery, note any breakage and file a claim with the shipper with 24 hours.

World Wide Shipping
We are located in Southern California, and we are happy to ship your order anywhere in the world. Each order is handled individually to ensure the best quality and that your product arrives safely.

Shipping from Abroad
We are committed to meeting all delivery deadlines. And while international 
shipping is generally reliable, we are not responsible for delays caused by 
factors beyond our control. Naturally, you should inspect the merchandise 
according to the domestic guidelines stated above.

Foreign Currency
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express and the rate of exchange will be calculated at the time of purchase.

Standard Terms
A 50% deposit is required on all orders. The balance is due prior to shipment unless credit terms have been established in advance.

There will be a 3.5% processing fee applied to all credit card transactions.

Return Policy
Any items that are not a special order and are returned in good condition may be exchanged with 30 days, subject to a 20% restocking fee. Exchanges must be approved by management prior to the transaction. Custom orders may not be returned. Prices are subject to change without notice.
